Hoffman; stepmother of Michael (Susan) McCord, Maureen Sheehan, Matthew (Michelle) McCord and Michelle Wetzler; grandmother of Melissa Yarns, Kimberlee (Timothy) Olson, John (Kim) McCord, Eddie McCord, Samantha (Jonathan) Fath, Gary and Jeffrey Hoffman, Laura and Christine; great-grandmother of Christian, Keegan, Averey, Liam, Hannah, Hadassah and Elijah; great-grandmother of Lylah; loving daughter of the late Norman D. and Catherine A. (Langbehn) Martin; sister of Charlene (late Arthur) Austin, Norma (late Raymond) Rivera and predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation.
