(Erin) Mills; step-mother of Arthur V. Richter; also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; loving daughter of the late Edward R. and Nora P. (Schrum) Fisher; predeceased by four sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. She was also an avid gardener, took great pride in her yard, loved her pets and treated animals as if they were her babies, and loved playing cards.
