RINAGGIO - Monica (nee Gowarty) Of East Amherst, NY, passed away on February 19, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Joseph Rinaggio. Loving mother of Joseph Rinaggio Jr., Lisa (Paul) Ardovini, and Michael (Jennifer) Rinaggio. Monica was grandmother to Paula Ardovini, Anna Rinaggio, Nadia Ardovini, Dominick Rinaggio, Vincenzo Rinaggio, Rebecca Rinaggio, Sara Rinaggio, and David Rinaggio. Monica will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, selflessness, and dedication to her family. Monica's career as a registered nurse was a reflection of her compassionate nature, where she spent her professional life caring for others. She found joy in her role as a grandmother and was always quick to put others before herself. A devoted wife for nearly six decades, she and her husband Joseph shared a remarkable partnership built on love and respect. Her high school yearbook described her as "sweet and demure, gracious to all"--a sentiment that remained true throughout her entire life. Monica's gentle spirit and compassionate nature touched the hearts of all who knew her.
