GLOSS - Michael Franklin Of South Buffalo, NY, October 11, 2022. After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Michael Franklin has been peacefully called home. Mike is survived by his children, Michelle (Jacob) Greene, Jacqueline Zeigler, and Carrie Ann Zeigler; also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Mike was the cherished brother of Agatha M. (late David) Coder, the late Edwin F.J. (Deborah) Gloss, Concetta L. Daniels (late Richard) Vacanti, the late Margaret (Robert) Brzezinski, and Christine (Mark) Burkhart. Adored son of the late Franklin Jr. and the late Julia E. (nee Beato) Gloss. Mike was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, loved automobile repair, playing air drums, and was known for his engaging smile and sense of humor. He was a long-time employee of Forest Lawn Cemetery, Bethlehem Steel Plant and St. Teresa's Church on Seneca St., South Buffalo, NY. Michael generously donated his tissues, eyes, and organs to ConnectLife, NY. No prior visitation. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
