Mark is survived by his wife, Amy Murphy; stepchildren, Chrystina Murphy (Bill), Nancy Krencik (Kevin); siblings, Wendy Boyd (Bob), Grant Gerrard, Sharon Courson (Chris), and Cheryl Gerrard; also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
