COZZI - Marjory "Marjy" (nee Cunningham) Marjory, age 61, departed this life on January 18, 2024 and was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Jessie (Emerick) Cunningham, and brother David. Marjy was a caring and loving sister, cherished aunt, cousin, and friend. Survived by siblings Margaret, Karen (Jack), Patty (Terry), Kenneth "Bob" (Maria), Wallace (Pamela), George (Marge), and Byron (Susan); many nieces and nephews and extended families, step-siblings, cousins, the Golovin Family, and friends. Throughout the ups and downs of life, she was always able to share a laugh or recite a poem. A favorite of hers to recite from memory was "Daffodils" by William Wordsworth. She penned many poems and published a book of poetry through Blurb.com. Marjory helped many people over the course of her life and career, working in a nursing home, as an aide to a special needs child in a school setting, working at a hotel, and running her own restaurant. She is well known for cooking for many in her neighborhood and circle of friends. A gathering to celebrate her life will take place at a later date.
