ZAGARA-SCHRIMMEL - Mandy K. Of West Seneca, NY, passed away suddenly at home on November 21, 2022. Beloved mother of son, Lucian David Schrimmel, or as Lucian has said, "The Best Mommy in the World", and Adrianna Kathleen Schrimmel; survived by her beloved husband, Jacob Francis Schrimmel; beloved parents, Thomas H. and Katherine Zagara; beloved brother and sister-in-law, Thomas F. and Angelique Zagara; beloved sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Robert Hernandez; beloved aunt, Rosie (Pralow) Cortright, beloved aunt, Ellen Zagara, beloved aunt, Marie Zagara; many loving cousins, four loving nephews, and many loving friends. To know our dear Mandy was to love her. When she gave her love to you, she gave it all the way. She will be missed something awful and for anybody that knew our baby girl Mandy, she will live in your hearts forever. Our Mandy loved nature and taking pictures of nature, especially at Letchworth State Park (her favorite place to be). Our Mandy has been cremated and she is home now with her family.
