RINAGGIO - Joseph R. January 15, 1941 - April 28, 2026 Of East Amherst, NY, passed away on April 28, 2026. He was the beloved husband of the late Monica (nee Gowarty) Rinaggio. Loving father of Joseph Rinaggio Jr., Lisa (Paul) Ardovini, and Michael (Jennifer) Rinaggio. Joseph was the proud grandfather of Paula Ardovini, Anna Rinaggio, Nadia Ardovini, Dominic Rinaggio, Vincenzo Rinaggio, Rebecca Rinaggio, Sarah Rinaggio, and David Rinaggio. He was the son of the late Rocco and Carmela Rinaggio of Dunmore, Pennsylvania.

Joseph dedicated his life to the betterment of others, both personally and professionally. As a licensed psychologist for over 40 years, he was deeply committed to helping individuals with intellectual disabilities, a role he approached with compassion, patience, and purpose. He also served as a school psychologist, working with children of all ages and leaving a lasting impact on those he supported.

Joseph will be remembered for his character, kindness, sense of humor, and love for his family. He was an avid outdoorsman who found great enjoyment in hunting and fishing. He valued time spent with loved ones and was always willing to lend a helping hand or offer support without hesitation. His warmth and generosity will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
