Father of Matthew Collins; step-father of Charlie and Debie Dingeldey and Joseph Flanagan; son of JoAnne (Roslowski) (late James) Quinn and Ted (Beverley) Collins; brother of Ron (Audrey) Collins, Karen Overhoff (Ken Jachmin), Dottie (Larry) Kenney, Ted Collins, Jr., Jacqueline (Glenn) Kilger, Jennifer (Rob Glab) Quinn and Shannon (Thomas) Gilmartin; also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, many cousins and step-grandchildren. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. After attending Southside High School, Jerry joined the United States Army.
