GOUCHIE - Gary B., Sr. Of West Seneca, NY, November 13, 2023, age 81. Beloved husband of Patricia A. (Corrigan) Gouchie; dearest father of Louis D. (Tiffany), Gary B. Jr. (Jane) and Daniel V. Gouchie and David V. (Ann) Lam; grandfather of Beth (Brian) Waite, Sharon (Paul) Krywinski, Michael (Jennifer) Gouchie, Stephanie Gouchie, Jennifer and Jason Lam, Ruby and Liam Gouchie; also survived by nine great-grandchildren; loving son of the late Louis E. Sr. and Laurane A. (Snook) Gouchie; brother of Louis E. (Teresa) Gouchie, Gilbert J. (June) Gouchie, Genevieve M. (William) Maharan, Francis J. (Dottie) Gouchie, Donald S. (Barbara) Gouchie and Paul A. (Joanne) Gouchie; also survived by nieces and nephews. No prior visitation. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the General Society of Mayflower Descendants, Plymouth, MA, where Mr. Gouchie was an active member. Mr. Gouchie served 27 years in the armed forces. As a Marine, he was selected as Presidential Honor Guard #9 during President Kennedy's visit July 2, 1963 in Naples, Italy. He ended his military career as a member of the Air-Force Reserves in 2002.
