KLIMA - Diane C. (nee Schukraft) Of South Buffalo, NY, unexpectedly passed away peacefully at her home on July 12, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Anthony F. Klima Sr.; loving mother of Kelly Valentine, Anthony "TJ" (Jennifer) Klima Jr. and Vinnie (late Timothy) Burtis; adored grandmother of Melissa, Julia, Madison, Timmy, Samantha and Emily; great-grandmother of Kion and Leanna; loving daughter of the late Roy E. and Vennie B. (Duncan) Schukraft; dearest sister of Roy (Deborah) Schukraft, Larry (Gerry) Schukraft, Joyce (Patrick) Christopher and the late Betty Flores; also survived by nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at St. Matthews Cemetery Chapel, 180 French Rd., West Seneca, NY, Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11 AM (please assemble at Cemetery Chapel). Diane worked for the Buffalo Public School District for most of her career and was an active volunteer with fundraising for Sunday in the Park, the Installation Dinner, Community Christmas Tree, and was the Secretary for the South Buffalo Business Association. She especially enjoyed a newfound love for travelling in the last few years. We know she will be forever missed by her friends at the Wayside Restaurant and by all of her friends and neighbors on Smith Street. Anyone who met Diane will remember her smile, her deep compassion for others, her zest for life, and her legacy of kindness and love. She truly touched the lives of everyone she encountered and had an unwavering commitment to her family and friends.
