KUJAWA - Denise M. (nee Smith) June 22, 1969 - July 8, 2026 Of South Buffalo, NY, Denise sadly lost her battle with cancer on July 8, 2026, at age 57. She was the daughter of the late Ronald and late Karen (Long) Smith; mother of two sons, Matthew Kujawa and Nicholas Kujawa; loving companion of John Kujawa; cherished sister of Thomas Smith, David Smith, and Barbara (Smith) Rodriguez and the late Carlos "Poly" Rodriguez; dearest aunt of Corey, Casandra, and Carla Rodriguez; and near and dear close friend of Michele "Shelly"; also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends of the sons who considered her a "second mother"; survived by her treasured pets, Bella and Bullet, and many extended family and friends.
