David John Kester, at age 55, of Boston, New York, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in the early morning hours of July 21st, 2025. David was born in Buffalo, New York, on May 23rd, 1970. He was the beloved son of the late John L. Kester and Karon L. (Kummer) Kester. He was united in marriage to Tina M. (Foster) Kester in September of 1997. Devoted father of his two daughters, Danielle and Sarah Kester. Loving grandfather of Owen Levi Broeneman.

David is predeceased by his grandparents, Morris "Bob" and Dorothy (Ketterer) Kummer; Stuart and Elizabeth Kester; his father, John L. Kester; and his mother, Karon L. Kester. Surviving are his wife, daughters, and grandson.

David was an avid lover of Nascar, Led Zeppelin, the Buffalo Bills, nature, animals, ice cream and being a new grandpa. To know him, is to love him. David will be remembered for his kindheartedness, generosity and unforgettable spirit.
