Adriana Pimpo (Rotilio), age 85, of Buffalo, New York, passed away on September 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born in L’Aquila, Italy on April 20, 1941, Adriana was the daughter of the late Mario and Matilde Rotilio (Piccinini). She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Dante U. Pimpo, in 2018; and her brother, Eligio (Linda) Rotilio, in 2025.

Adriana is survived by her children, Dante M. Pimpo (Carrie Centra) and Anna Brzostowicz; her adopted daughter, Lori; her cherished grandchildren, Dante S., Kaity, Gabriella (Max), Christian, Amanda, Kayla, and Carly; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Janek, Paxton, and Addison. She is also survived by her siblings, Pina Rotilio (Ianni) and Enzo Rotilio. Also, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, here in the U.S., Italy and Canada.

Adriana was a lover of all people and found her greatest joy in caring for those around her. She especially loved cooking for her family and friends and had a way of making everyone feel welcome at her table. No matter what she was making, she always said the most important ingredient was “a cup of love.” That same love could be felt in everything she did and will continue to live on through the family she cherished so deeply. Adriana will be remembered for her generous heart, her love of family, and the warmth she brought to the lives of everyone who knew her.
